In 1997, Josh Neiman left the practice of law and turned his focus to real estate because it brought together his many strengths--creativity, team building, advocacy, community relations, innovative thought, problem solving, tenacity, communications skills, and management--and enabled him to make a difference.

Making a difference in the communities in which we live, work, and play is the core principle of Hybrid.  Real estate is about place making--creating spaces where people want to be.

  • It's about finding "lost space."
  • It's about finding the right mix of genuine grit in a burgeoning market.
  • It's about being cool but staying authentic.
  • It's about maximizing amenities and public spaces.
  • Ultimately, it's about having a place where people want to be.
