Our team brings nearly two decades of experience in urban development issues. Many of the projects on which we have worked redefine the paradigm of traditional real estate development. By truly engaging in dialog, we find that many – residents, investors, government officials - want to participate in the project whether we are working on a single building or on a large-scale multi-building project. In turn, all are rewarded in their investment as a new sense of place is created with a new energy and critical mass that celebrates the neighborhoods’ inherent strengths while, at the same time, adding to them.
