Josh Neiman’s experience extends beyond historic development to new mixed use construction as well. In Charles Village (located adjacent to Johns Hopkins University’s main campus), Josh led the team that helped to transform the neighborhood by creating a dynamic urban environment where before had stood a block of unkempt rentals. Now, in keeping with a college-town environment, seven retailers – a mixture of national chains and local retailers – enliven the streetscape while the 68 condominium units above provide students, professionals and empty-nesters a perch from which to enjoy all that the neighborhood and Johns Hopkins offers.
